The Friends of the JPL is an all-volunteer-powered, book-processing non-profit organization. The Friends support JPL by processing used books and by supporting initiatives, and events through volunteerism and advocacy. Donated books make a difference!

Become a Member of Friends of JPL

• Join our Friends of the Library Group and become an active member in supporting your local Library. The annual proceeds of our Friends of JPL program benefit the Jones Public Library. Together we provide funding for incredible programs that benefit our community. Participate in raising funds and promoting community activities. 
• Active membership dues are $5.00 per year. 
• Inactive membership dues are $1.00 per year.

Donate Books!

• Thank you for thinking of us for your book donations! We accept new and gently used books and magazines at our Library.

• We accept the following:

  • Hardback books in good condition

  • Paperback books in good condition

  • Children's Books

  • School textbooks

  • Trade manuals

  • Magazines

• We DO NOT ACCEPT the following:

  • Encyclopedias

  • Newspapers

  • Damaged/Worn Books
